INCOME LIMITS
Income and Rent Limit Effective Date: 5/19/2026
To qualify for our affordable housing program, your household income must not exceed the following limits based on household size.

REQUESTED DOCUMENTATION
If you are interested in applying, we require the following documents at the time of application. Please note that all documents listed may not be required in every case. Please contact us for guidance on what may be needed for your specific situation. Our team will follow up if any additional documentation is required.
Required for all household members age 18 and older
If a birth certificate is unavailable to confirm legal guardianship, the following may also be accepted:
- School records
- Doctor records
- Translated legal documents, including translated birth certificates
If applicable
Documentation may include one or more of the following:
- Most recent federal income tax return for all self-employed applicants
- Self-employed applicants submitting a notarized self proof of income will not be accepted
- Self-employed applicants must complete a self-employment affidavit and provide either:
- Prior year tax return, all pages; or
- IRS transcript
- If taxes have not been filed, applicants may submit weekly and/or monthly household statements, ledgers, and two most recent consecutive bank statements/deposit records, all pages
- Self-prepared tax returns are not accepted unless accompanied by an IRS transcript
- Four (4) most recent consecutive pay stubs dated within the last 30 days
- Child support
- Alimony
- Social Security benefits
- Veterans benefits
- Unemployment benefits
- Pension and/or retirement income
- Disability income
- Regular gifts or contributions from persons not members of the household
- Public assistance
- Any other income not listed above
- Self-declaration affidavit of assets
- Additional recently dated asset verification may be required, including two recent consecutive bank statements
